🍲 About the Tour
For over 10 years, Cuscun has welcomed more than 8,000 happy guests into a traditional Guatemalan family kitchen. This is not a commercial cooking studio. It is a cultural immersion inside a real home in Jocotenango, just minutes from Antigua, with stunning volcano views.
You will learn ancestral techniques passed down through generations while preparing one of Guatemala's most iconic dishes: Pepián, Jocon, Subanik, or Gallo en Chicha. Along the way, you will make fresh tortillas by hand, understand local ingredients, and discover how food connects to everyday life in Guatemala.
This experience is deeply cultural, interactive, and rooted in tradition.
